Title:   Remote Leadership: Embracing Generational Differences For Improved Performance

We currently have five generations in the workforce. This presentation will explore their key differences and provide practical strategies to lead and engage each generation in a remote work environment.

Hybrid and remote work is here to stay and has changed the backdrop of the workplace. While every job is not remote capable, organizations that champion remote and hybrid work will fair far better than their counterparts with retention, productivity, and job satisfaction. A recent survey of ten thousand workers revealed that 23% of those surveyed would take a 10% pay cut to work from home permanently. The decision to go hybrid or remote requires changes to culture, policies, processes, and performance management strategies.

Attendees of this presentation will learn the following:

  • How generational diversity and the desire for "presenteeism" impact the remote work model.
  • Employment best practices and policies to consider when establishing hybrid and remote work standards.
  • Tips on managing and evaluating employees in a remote and hybrid workplace.
